MEMBERSHIP

SECTION 1: MEMBERSHIP AREA

The Gray Gables Area, for the purposes of these By-Laws, shall be designated as and limited to that area

of land bounded by the Cape Cod Canal, the railroad tracks, Back River, and the easterly limit of the

causeway leading to Mashnee Island.

SECTION 2: QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Eligibility for membership in the Association shall be as herein set forth.

Sub-Section A: Residents and Property Owners

Each Resident who is not either a Resident or Property Owner, within the Gray Gables area, shall

be eligible for membership in the Association.

Sub-Section B: Individuals Other Than Residents and Property Owners

Any person who is not either a Resident or Property Owner within the Gray Gables Area as

herein defined in Section 1, and who wishes membership within the Association, shall submit a

request for membership to the Board of Directors. Upon approval by the Board of such request,

such person shall be eligible for membership.

SECTION 3: TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

The Board of Directors shall, annually, determine the type(s) of membership(s) available within the

Association. Such determination shall set forth a description of each type and privilege attached

thereto.
