Beach Yoga with Amy ***Weather Permitting*** Recommended Donation $10-15 Amy is happy to continue the Gray Gables Sunday morning yoga on the beach tradition!  Here's a little background on Amy....wanting to share how a strong physical practice helped calm her busy mind. She’s attended yoga training and retreats around the world, fueling both her love of yoga and travel. From each place and teacher, she’s taken something unique shaping her own style today. She’s completed two 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training in power, vinyasa and hatha yoga, attended multiple workshops on the chakras and is trained in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). She is also an executive and leadership development coach, helping people lean into their own power and release their potential. In her classes, she encourages students to tap into their own strength and be in the present moment. Come join the fun and make your own tie dye T-Shirt to celebrate the 4th of July! Shirts will be provided while supplies last! If you have your own piece of clothing you'd like to tie dye, feel free to bring it!

We will be having our annual Welcome Summer Pizza Party at Barb & John O'Donnell's home with pizza, beer and  live music.  We're looking forward to another amazing Summer at Gray Gables with all of our members!!!!
