Museum at Aptucxet 11 am - 3 pm Enjoy an old fashioned trolley ride from the Museum at Aptucxet through Gray Gables with the Bourne Historical Society explaining the life and times of Grover Cleveland while in Gray Gables. The Trolley will run every 30 minutes from the Museum through Gray Gables, and back to the Museum with stops along the way. Beach Yoga with Amy ***Weather Permitting****. Recommended Donation $10-15   Amy is happy to continue the Gray Gables Sunday morning yoga on the beach tradition!  Here's a little background on Amy....wanting to share how a strong physical practice helped calm her busy mind. She’s attended yoga training and retreats around the world, fueling both her love of yoga and travel. From each place and teacher, she’s taken something unique shaping her own style today. She’s completed two 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training in power, vinyasa and hatha yoga, attended multiple workshops on the chakras and is trained in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). She is also an executive and leadership development coach, helping people lean into their own power and release their potential. In her classes, she encourages students to tap into their own strength and be in the present moment.
